MCF51MM256CLK
The MCF51MM256CLK is a ColdFire family 32-bit reduced instruction set computing (RISC) Microcontroller based on V1 ColdFire core and operates at processor core speeds up to 50.33MHz. The device provides ultra-low-power operation, USB connectivity, graphic display support, and unparalleled measurement accuracy. The device features 256kB flash memory, 32kB SRAM, 2 General purpose opamps, 2 Transimpedance amplifiers, 16-bit SAR high-resolution analog-to-digital converter(ADC), an analog comparator with 5-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC), Internal voltage reference, and USB - device/host/on-the-go controller.
