The MC9S08PA4AVTG is an 8-bit Microcontroller based on an enhanced S08 CPU (20MHz bus) with CISC architecture operating at a maximum frequency of 20MHz. The device incorporates 4kB internal flash, 0.512kB internal RAM, an 8-channel 12-bit A/D converter, and 14 general-purpose I/O pins. This device also features peripherals like one serial communication interface (SCI/UART) module and 16-bit real timer counter (RTC) operating from 2.7V to 5.5V.
